Harbour Exchange Counting Room

Speak to the counting room

Whether you are opening a new portfolio, asking how administration runs or reviewing a custodial arrangement, the desk is open and the ledger is within reach. Write, call or stop by during the hours below and a named officer will pick the inquiry up in person. No call centres, no queues; the address and lines really do answer here.

Write to the bench

Send an inquiry

Fill the short form and it will reach the desk by email. If your mail program does not open automatically the note falls back to a composed message to reply@sadacapital.lat. Every field is optional except your name and a line so we can answer you properly.

Thank you. Your mail client is opening with the note prepared. If nothing opens, send us a direct email to reply@sadacapital.lat.

Common questions

Asked at the door of the room

Do you only work with very large portfolios?

No. SADA CAPITAL INVESTMENTS LTD structures itself around the needs of each private book. A single portfolio worth a modest sum receives the same named desk, the same custody line and the same disciplined reporting cycle as a much larger book. What matters is that you want holdings kept properly and reports kept plainly.

Where are my holdings actually kept?

Assets sit with independent institutional custodians that SADA CAPITAL INVESTMENTS LTD coordinates on your behalf. We do not pool client capital on our own balance sheet. Your securities and cash stay in accounts in your own name and our counting room reconciles those accounts at every reporting date against our independent records.

What does a first review cost?

The first consultation is free and carries no obligation. We will walk through your holdings, agree how custody and reporting should sensibly run and leave you with a written outline of the service. Fees for ongoing work are agreed and written down before any mandate is signed, in line with our terms of service.
